If youy want to gain weight then dont do the 5 min run mate!!

Get some good complex carbs in you with decent protien and you will start seeing the gains. As for supp's, Cyclone is very good but expensive. The number 1 rule with bodybuilding is it all comes down to what you eat. If you get your diet sorted and stick to the basics in the gym then you will grow.

Its good that your enjoying the gym and starting to see results but dont spent loads on the latest supp's. I call a lot of latest supp's 'Magic beans' Reason for this is when newbie's join the gym they want results as in a week ago and talk only about the latest supp's that are spread out on the shelves at the local health shop. After spending hundreds of thier cash they find out its all down to eating good protien like chicken, steak, eggs, tuna etc rather than taking a load of 'Magic beans!!'
