A little help/advice please - cardio & supplements
Really beginning to get into the gym now, enjoy going and seeing improvement, however wouldn't mind knowing a couple of things regarding running/cardio and supplements.
I am 23, 6ft 3", and about 12 stone i.e. A thin build.
Before weight training I go for a 5 minute (fast) run as I find it helps. However a few people have said i shouldnt do any running as i am trying to gain weight. However its made me fitter and imo does good. Anybody clarify whether I should or not as I am hearing different things!
Secondly, trying to gain weight (and believe it or not I have) but what supplements would be best for me. Going gym 3-4 times a week.
Somone suggested 'Cyclone' as it is a mix of a few things I need. Would I be better going for something else?
I have started eating a LOT more carbs and protein orientated foods such as stak and chicken etc...
However not really gainging weight that quick, but finding i am toning up at a reasonable level.
