M16 = 16mm, when the pitch is omited it means that you refer back to ISO 261 (or might have been 262, i cant remember) so it will be a coarse thread 2mm pitch, X150 is obviously not the pitch so it will refer to the length being 150mm.

so in short M16, coarse thread (2mm pitch) 150mm long
