they stock every length and lbs option known to man (almost).

As for desired choices dependant on usage and personal preference really.

The Escort racers like the RS1600i touring cars of the mid eighties Brooklyn / Longman etc used springs roughly in the region of 350lbs front and 1000lbs on the rear depending on the track they were racing on.

For track day cars which are used on the road i reckon around 275 / 300 front and 600 ish on the rear which is more or less what the MK2 Fiesta boys use as well. A bit hard on the back end but good for the track.

Like i say trial and error until your happy.

Im going for 320 and 600 on mine for this year.

£20 ish for a spring its not to dear to try options out
