We used to do all sorts, lots of motorbike frames, but used loads of different colours.
Otherwise try to find someone local that powder coats their own stuff, my guv and I used to charge £30 for a m/bike frame, that is chemically cleaned, or blasted and powdered.

I use a local place that do security doors. So might be worth trying somewhere like that too.
