If this thread get's some attention from specialists I've always been interested to know why cosworth tuners run injectors so flat out. Not saying this is wrong but I remember reading how a lot of the Honda tuners in the states would say 66% duty cycle shouldn't really be exceeded.
Be interested to hear some expert opinion on this...
Been thinking about swapping the injectors in mine as it does make sense to me that if the boost ever goes over what it usually is for 440bhp the injectors won't be able to flow enough fuel so seems silly to have them on the limit. Also why I never udnerstood the gunship conversion, instead of just putting a set of greens in...
