Cambelt is easy to do, if you can do that sort of thing, certainly no harder than most, although tensioner needs setting manually as not automatic.
I used a genuine one(std) belt/tensioner, but would not hesitate to use a decent pattern one.
FORD never made cambelts, so they may even be from the same people anyway.
Just make sure phase sensor alignment stays bang on as just one tooth out will throw a wobbly with injection timing.
