alreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet stu just started hitting it hard myself eased myself back into it to start with but now i train every night after a very cardio based job it works perfect for me i actually do all my stretching off working lol a good whey protein shake with water in the 45 min window after training then one befor bed i was once trained by a very professional dude that said 3 times a weeks enough but the gym i now go to ive lernt different its very much dependant on yourself and your stamina im lifting more than i did now with the 5 year break since my accident than i was in the 10 years prior i do boxing twice a week also this keeps me loose and is a good strechacise i will have time were i wont train for a week like said you have to keep your muscles guessing or they get used to the routines on food the right foods many times a day can be very cheap if you make them all yourself keep it up tubz
