I want to keep my job though mate
To answer the above ive already(from today) worked over my contracted hours, AND on the rota he rota'd me for a day off.
I think legeally im fine but he just doesnt believe im not free for the 4 extra hours he wants me to work, thats fair enough but at the end of the day if i say no then it means no doesnt it, he wont have any grounds to give me a talking to when i return if i dont ring him tomorrow will he? because ive done the hours thats been asked of me
