if you look at the picture;
the nominal values are the factory settings and tolerances for the car.
the diagnosis is what your car actually measured on the equipment
the adjustments is any adjustments that have been made-ie the toe in/out was adjusted.

the factory settings will not be ideal for track use which is why its best to find out what other 205 users have theirs set to,then you can adjust it to that and try it.its trial and error when finding an ideal set up for track with what set up you have.you will not be able to adjust caster but will be able to do camber/toe in,with what you have(will have).
