i would have fitted the tca's first then you could have adjusted the camber whilst it was on the equipment.
i would find out how much camber other track pugs use and try it on yours.

you wont really be able to adjust caster,and you will have to re-do the toe in/out again once you get the camber to what you want.

im no expert but used to use the alignment equipment a lot where i used to work.i did my rs500 on them when i fitted adjustable tca's.
