Don't most realise a duel carriageway is 30 unless otherwise stated?
I think many people misunderstand what a duel carriageway actually is, and how it is defined.

Many posted limits make you wonder, but if you speed and get caught, you knew the risk.
First in many years, got to be caught every now and then.
