Ive had a few interviews for internships in industry reciently - all of the replys I got asked me to come along for an "informal interview" - by this i thought a casual chat about what they had to offer and if i was suited to the work.

On arrival i soon found that all of them however were formal interviews, set questions etc etc Always best to be suited and booted, and know the background on the companies (annual reports, current contracts, vision etc etc).
