Last year I was running a Pace ali rad, my cooling was close to the limit. But wear and tear on the rad meant I had to replace it.
This year I have a new GRS ali rad and the cooling is superb.

Conclusion - a fresh, clean uncontaminated rad will improve the cooling no end.

Also if you remove the water cooling from the turbo it means that a lot of heat will be passed into the oil system.
