I,ve just found this bungalolw for sale and there are a few things that really apeal to me about it,not just the garage LOL. It is currently a 2 bed and i really need 3 or 4. Can anyone give me a rough idea what it might cost to add a couple of bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs?? I know its hard to be accurate but to the nearest 10k would give me an idea .
