Please keep the most relevant, recent achievements/job roles at the top, I interview a lot in my role and CV's in this format stand much more of a chance of moving to the next stage, remember some jobs have hundreds of applicants and things like the above, grammer, spelling etc are vital or they get filed in the bin!!
Do not use fancy coloured paper, paper that is too thick/heavy or anything that sticks out too much, no photos on them (unless specifically asked).
Some people think that this will get them noticed, it does, but for the wrong reasons...
