stop solonoid on the pump there will be a few wires going to it not sure if its like ther transit ones but ona tranny there behind a metal plate, rip unbolt the solonoid and replace with a new one with 1 wire then run that wire to ign live, if starters on it too just run a cranking live from the ign switch to the terminal on the starter, not a hard job


also on transits i believe you can just bypass the pats relay with 2 wires and it disables the lot, never tried it though and dont know the two terminals pmsl
