Engine just turns over and over when 1st starting. I found out that if i take the air filter off and push the flap in the metering head down a bit when turning the ignition it will start. Once its ran a couple of mins it can be turned of and restarted no problem.

at first thought it might have been mixture or something. but im not sure as it only happend when its been standing a while or its cold.

anyone got any ideas?
