Right mate you need some FARECLA g3 rubbing compound and some FARECLA g10 rubbing compound and a machine polisher is you polisher like this one


it a heavy duty one it best for this type of job you need G3 and a spray bottle of water as you need to keep the surface wet as you rubb the g3 on as it is gritty if you let the surface dry it will scratch rubb it on for a few mins Then buff off with the polisher section at a time once you have done a panel use the g10 to get rid on any fine scratch marks from the g10(use just like a polish no need to wet the suface with g10)buff the g10 off with the polisher and then use whichever polish you use i recommend meguiars NXT gen tech wax i was a car valter for 8 years and have done this to many faded cars i does work but its hard work and will take you the best part of a day but will sort your paint out
