It will have as standard the same brakes, rear anti-roll bar, uprights, steering, etc. etc. What is different, is the front anti-roll bar arrangement and springs. Schocks are also different, but not necessarily any better or harder. S1 came as standard with softer dampers and heavier springs than the XR3i at least.
