can anyone help

our company website has developed a fault, mainly caused by me playing around with it

what do you need to know to be able to help me out

the error message is "Could not instantiate mail function. "

it comes up when you try and send us a request via the site, and should in turn send it to my email, lol this was all i changed then it stoped workinf

any help would be great
