The breather tank look like a Philloy item, that is a custom setup, specific to karls car.

Its a 4 port system which breathes from (Cam Cover, Inlet Side of Block underneath the inlet, Turbo side of the block underneath the exhaust manifold, and vent to atmosphere or seperate hidden catch tank) There will also be an oil return from the breather i suspect.
