Someone has ripped the source code from limewire PRO and made it into a rip-off-version called frostwire
Its FREE
Its faster then normal limewire ( same speed as limewire PRO which you have to PAY for )

Faster? limewire is fast if you pick the right file and its not a super rare track that joe blogs has uploaded on his 56k connection.
Reliable? limewire always works for me, if yours doesnt its user error.
