I had RROD last month, my 360 lasted 2 years! When i saw the lights it was three red ones on permantly. I turned it off/on/off/on but nothing, it was totally dead! I called Microsoft and they fixed it free of charge.

If I was you as its only 2 months old i`ll take it back to the shop
