After looking for what felt like forever we finally found what we wanted.
Today I'm proud to say that we closed all our paper work on our new house!
I feel like I'm all grown up now haha. We would have loved to stay in our old area
on the Jersey City waterfront facing NYC (where some of you had visited and stayed). Sadly the lack of houses that we liked and condo's the size of two Travel lodge hotel rooms going for £250/300k+ with no front garden or backyard and we thought no way!
So here we are with a nice house with a two car garage (garage has an outlet
for an air gun/tool and a connection in the basement for the compressor! SOLD! haha). We're also the last house on the dead end road so don't have to worry about cars flying by.

I'm mostly a city person so this is way on the opposite end of what I'm used to and I love it. Anyway, Just thought I'd share the great news with you guys cause we're over the moon about it and I'm sure sometime sooner or later I'll see some of you staying over lol.
