only ajustment on a facotory setup is front toe.

set to toing in 1mm overall (0.5 each side) - as the bushes flex under aceleration they deflect to 0 (assuming they are ok and not fooked) which will give a nice neatral feel thet wont tramline too much - like if you set it at 0 to start with as the deflection when accelerating casues it to toe out and pull when you get on white lines etc
