I've just been speaking to CR Turbos, the company that modified my wastegate shaft. His advice for refitting is that the actuator shaft hole should be short of the lever arm connection by the width of the hole, so that when you pull the shaft to fit it to the arm you only need to pull it 4mm or so. And some common sense measurement - +/- one turn of the actuator shaft = +/- 1lb of boost.
