OK. Thanks. I just got back my housing with a new wastegate shaft and fitted it. I think the lever on the wastegate must be in a slightly different position. I couldn't get the actuator shaft back onto the lever and had to adjust it's length - I added two turns of length.

The car is a race car, so I won't be able to use it until I'm at the track again. Is it best to start with the actuator shaft longer and after a couple of runs shorten it to get to the correct boost?

I don't want the car to run too much boost.
