Coil pack is dying rapidly. Get it sorted sooner rather than later. A new one from Ford is about £70

While you're changing that, check the spark plug gaps as well. They should be 1mm but it's not uncommon for 'pre-gapped plugs' to be miles out.......it used to be 1.3mm a few but this caused a lot of coil pack failures so they changed to 1mm gaps.
