Its possible but not worth it.

Due to the size of the calipers because of the fact that they are 4 pot they foul the back of the spokes unless you have some biggish spacers on the wheels - which obviously isn't ideal and then will affect handling and possibly also arch clearances if you run your car silly low.

4wd calipers and 2wd discs would be an easier upgrade.
