ive arranged and paid for a courrier to collect a parcel tommorow its a wii ive sold and have just had the following email can anyone please help shed some light on the situation.

Unfortunately the courier has rejected your booking (order reference P2G1290042) with the following reason "RESTRICTION: No HDN collection from district PE33 (CO)" Please don't worry - we will correct this problem for you. However, if you do not receive a further booking requested and also a booking confirmation message before the collection date cut off (11:00 on the day of collection) then your collection will NOT take place and you should contact me immediately.

but i had a parcel collected the other day from here with no issues
