Taking DNA and fingerprints by the police does not criminilize anyone ,but it does the stay on record . As for MR singh, he is on bail and all evidence must be collected and the findings passed on to the CPS ,very much doubt that he will be charged with anything certainly not murder, manslaughter.
My own feelings on convicted prisoners human rights are this. The criminals just dont give a shit, 3 good meals a day, methadone freely available as are street drugs a better quality of life than most of them have on the outside, the victims are just left to try to rebuild lives that these low life come into a destroy. Case in point the Gary newlove killers wonder what they will be thinking about today after there full english breakfast and playing on there PS3 i doubt it will be sorrow for what they have done.
