that looks like a bosch pump to me,should be well up to the job, undo the nut and remove the old aeroquip fitting {the top part]and ring think auto, http://www.thinkauto.com/acatalog/On...ttings_62.html
they will have everything you need,you want 2 -6 female 90 degree bends, {dont get swept ones as you dont have much room to play with]well not on the pump end,prob 1m of -6 hose and a male/male union to go into your filter,i cant remember the size of the union but you can have a look on your old banjo fitting or even send it to them ,heres a pic of when i did mine to show you what i mean,you will also need a seal to go between the union and filter
