You have the "proof", print off your pm's take you mobile and show them the texts, play them your answerphone messages, show them whatever else you have that makes you beleive it to be true.
If you seriously beleive you have a stalker than go to the police with the evidence.
Whether or not you feel the rules are upheld on here is irrelivant to the matter.
