My FRST hasnt been running that well recently and because I thought it was ignition related I changed the plugs, coil and Distributor cap but this didi not solve the problem. Took the car out for a gental run today and when I got home and checked the oil filler cap I found this.



There is no oil in the header tank and no water in the oil. Is my problem related to the head gasket? I am running a standard Ford RS turbo gasket on a 1905cc block.
