Ah, would'nt bother with electrics just yet mate, there updating the regs again.

There currently at the 16th edition and are being swaped over the new 17th edition at in june. Course's are available now but the deadline is june.

So if ur not qualified at all then id wait till september so u can start learning the new 17th edition regs from the off but if u are already qualified then you will need an update course. The price of the update course varies from college to college.

Im paying just over £300 for my update and that include's a free copy f the on site electrical giude and a free copy of the 17th edition wiring reg's book
