You may argue that it isn't fair as we have no actual proof as such, but also you will know (as you were so kind to point out) that short of a criminal investigation, there is no way to actually ascertain with 100% certainty the true identity of the PF Hacker.
Its just a shame the person didnt pretend to be you instead of pretending to be Simon, cause I would love to see your reaction if the shoe was on the other foot and you knew you were innocent but a couple of vague clues pointed in your direction
