I dont really see how he can get fair treatment from the mods, when Mike so clearly hates his guts and lets it influence his decisions.
Ultimately though, bugger all to do with anyone except Stu/IB I guess, its up to them who they want on here, fair or not.

New owners, new board (or whatever happened last night) etc, give the bloke a chance.
He's fucked about etc, this is in revenge (if indeed it was him).
Allowed back on, with a fresh start, might work out ok, and might be a benefit to the site.
Be no need for the hacking if let back on (if indeed it was him).
Lets face it, if you were to hack the site, and want to make it look like it was him, would have behaved exactly how he has (if indeed it has been him).
Benefit of the doubt, give it a go.
