Rich it is because the vast majority of Britain dont want to end up inside over a spineless tosser....he knows this....we ALL can con people and the chances of getting beat up is remote.....so until a man with nothing to loose gets conned/pissed off he will stay alive and well as an evil little toe rag.
I pity his wife and kids who obviously dont know of his secret life..but maybe we ALL write a letter to his missus and tell her?
