mate your spec would do it just ex housing 14 inlet and a map by stu..........i prefer to do more in the beginning as it gives you more scope in the long run and the better the head work the less boost required for the bhp but yeah you can get 450 bhp on std engine but believe me it wont last long if you drive it hard
