i work nights!
i work sunday monday tuesdya night everyweek!
the onyl trick ive found is that not to sleep all day...... say you go to sleep at 7am..get up at 2pm and have some of the day to yaself!....when i used to work night before i used go to bed at 7am and not get up till like 5pm then go straight to work!...that fooked me!...now i get up at 2pm and i feel alot better!....and the last day of ya working week...get up even earlier..say 12midday then u can sleep that night!....hope it helps!..either that or ask ya gp for help!
