What has to be done to a YB to convert it from Turbo - N/A....????

I know the pistons need done and the compression needs increased, head needs properly ported and cams need changed.....Need new inlet and exhaust manifolds but what else needs done?????????????

Anyone done this ???? What little problems did you have ?????

Any help much appreciated as im seriously thinking about doing this now...
