Hi. Today i finaly got my cossie. Its a 89 rwd saph and its the first ive owned. However on driving home when i tryed putting my foot down the car seamed to cut out for a second and then start again on and off. It starts just after the turbo feels like its come in and continuse untill i ease off the power. It climbs through the revs fine if i dont put my foot down much. I went into my local cosworth spiecalist(pjmotorsport) and they said it sounds like either electical problem or that the boost is set to high and its blowing the spark out.Unfortunatly they didnt have time to have a look so its booked in on the 3rd. I dont really want to drive round like a fanny till then so i was wondering how i would go about turning the boost down myself, and then taking it to them to sort it proper in 2 weeks as booked. How do i do this and how far should i turn it.
