just remove the 2 little bolts,pull like f*ck, you cant turn/twist it as it has 2 little locating lugs
but if its really tight then you can always wrap it with masking tape to protect it and get some big grips on it for extra leverage
theres only a rubber o ring in there
try and get some wd40 around the edge as well
