ive got a bailey dv26 dump valve on it (yes yes i know there shit and sometimes cause the car to cut out, and its coming off very soon
)....but surely it shouldnt cause it to overboost

I had a problem with the idle when I used the air conditioning! The engine would die when I stopped, or at traffic lights etc... My problem was software in the engine man comp. I just had to upload Bluefin, & it was all sorted. Try something the same or similar mate. Worth a go! Worked for me.
