ive been a dick and stupidly downloaded somthing i shouldnt have,

.its basicly a program that is trying to sell me internet security and making it very hard for me to get off there page..it keeps giving me system allerts,its automaticly changing my home page to its adress and installed a toolbar.

.how do i get rid???
