i fail to understand the logic in that post mr phil

if we are too secure, how can we possibly fall? it defies logic to fall when you are secured, so unles you mean the item to which we are attached may become detatched and then fall?
but what would that mean to the peole who were living on the ground floor?
where would they fall?
into an abyss?

please expand on your thinking behind this, and if your postulations are exciting enough they may make it into the next edition of new scientist
