I bought one off ebay last spring - nicely engineered and very heavy duty for my 42" Panasonic plasma.

It has tilt action and plenty of up/down and lateral movement so I could bolt it to the studs in the wall instead of relying on plasterboard fixings. I'll see if I can find the seller details tomorrow.
