there is adjusters inside the brake drum,you can see it thru one of the wheel bolt holes,looks like a cog,think its clockwise to open the shoes up or anti to close them,prob best poppin the drums off as mine were pretty hard to move,my rears would workmat all and needed them adjusted out,had no hamdbrake either.hth

by the way this is on my d turbo on bendix system,dont know if they differ from others or not
