as above press control alt and delete and get task manager on the screen.

That will list everything running on the pc right now, maximize the window so i can see everything then take a screenshot.

To see what you have automatically loading up when you turn the pc on, click the start bar and type in "msconfig" in that little box at the bottom then you will see msconfig, click on that to open it, then click on the "startup" tab at the top and then take a screenie of this aswell and ill have a look
